Keven Parker relaunches Ms. Tootsies and introduces KDP Lifestyle and Luxury Suites

Every native 'Philadelphian' is aware of Ms. Tootsies, the venerable Soul restaurant located on South Street. The historic restaurant is now open again following an extensive renovation and the addition of new menu items. Keven Parker, owner and manager, also took it a step further is launching KDP Lifestyle and Luxury Suites, a home store and a boutique hotel, located adjacent to the restaurant.
