Every native 'Philadelphian' is aware of Ms. Tootsies, the venerable Soul restaurant located on South Street. The historic restaurant is now open again following an extensive renovation and the addition of new menu items. Keven Parker, owner and manager, also took it a step further is launching KDP Lifestyle and Luxury Suites, a home store and a boutique hotel, located adjacent to the restaurant.
What’s more, the restaurant’s menu features 6 new additions sure to please every palate:
•Lobster Macaroni and Cheese
•Herb Crusted Grilled Lamb Chops with Fried Apples
